Watching Brad Pitt age backwards.....

Seeing Cate Blanchett evolve from a gangly young woman

into a mature, dignified senior citizen

could have felt contrived, could have looked hokey

even with all the progress that's been made in make-up effects.

But the fact is ...

within minutes of sitting down to watch Benjamin Button...

you are so lost in this beautiful story,

you don't think twice about it being Pitt and Blanchett under all that make-up.

really is a NICE movie......!

remember go watch lolxxx...

瘦身

瘦身是最困难的事情, 至少胖人是这么看的；
瘦身是最痛苦的事情, 几乎是所有试着去瘦身的女人都这么说....
真的很辛苦......!
我明白这痛苦...因为我也在进行着瘦身计划...
可是是值得的...
我一直告诉我自己...
不要轻言放弃，否着对不起自己..
这可行得通哦!!
不要小看它....^^
瘦身的过程也变得充满乐趣...
同时也能养成更好的生活习惯...
如今的女人为了美， 不要命..
这道理满准的啊... ~

*只要有毅力，没什么事情是办不到的*

不断提醒自己为什么要瘦身...!?::

瘦身的8条定律

1． 运动
2． 每天要喝8杯水
3． 喝绿茶或者红茶
4． 少食多餐
5． 不要错过早餐
6． 吃低脂的奶制品
7． 通过力量训练来增加肌肉
8． 允许你焦躁不安

*可是我没有根据此8条定律来进行我的瘦身计划...
每个人有每个人的秘方...我有我的办法....
我相信我可以成功的.....!!*
